  • Welcome

It is our great pleasure to announce and welcome you to 28th International Symposium on the Organic Chemistry of Sulfur (ISOCS 28), which will be held in Tokyo from August 26th–31st 2018.
ISOCS symposia are prestigious international scientific events that have been organized since 1964 in many cities in Europe, Japan, and the United States, and have attracted attendees from industry, government, and academia from all over the world. They cover the whole fascinating range of sulfur chemistry from theory to practical applications. ISOCS-28 will continue the same tradition, offering a scientific program dealing with the latest developments in sulfur chemistry presented by leading international experts.

We hope that ISOCS-28 will prove valuable and memorable opportunities for participants to meet and exchange ideas with researchers from all around the world. We encourage younger scientists, in particular, to attend the symposium in order to extend their research fields.

We look forward to welcoming you in Tokyo in August, 2018.

    Prof. Kei Goto
    Chair of ISOCS-28
    Tokyo Institute of Technology
